Psychosocial Support Groups create a structured space for individuals to process experiences, build resilience, and support one another—key factors in mental well-being and long-term performance.
For students, PSSGs help normalize challenges and encourage healthy coping. For institutions and agencies, they demonstrate a proactive commitment to mental health and community care within the maritime environment.
